Overview
As a Senior Product Designer at Sling TV, I collaborated with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and designers to lead a full redesign of the app, including the TV App, Browser interface, Mobile App, and Website, to enhance user experience across all platforms.
Accomplishments
I played a key role in the end-to-end redesign, creating intuitive UI/UX solutions focused on engagement. Using prototyping tools, I designed seamless, user-centric interfaces. After the 2021 launch, The Verge called it "…much nicer," and the redesign boosted user acquisition and retention by 20%, demonstrating a strong impact on Sling TV.
